All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

Thank you for shopping with ByName Apparel. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ByNameApparel@gmail.com. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed.

Chargebacks By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Any chargeback filed against a valid charge in violation of this policy will be disputed.
